Raw Till 4 Day Three Breakfast
Oh my. This Raw Till 4 approved Banana Pineapple “milkshake” is my latest all time favorite way to pound down over 1000 calories quickly. It is sooo smooth and sweet, and if you add just the right amount of water and ice, it is better than any “REAL” junkfood milkshake out there. At least in my opinion.
Raw Till 4 meals don’t have to be complicated or time consuming. I think most people can make this in less than 2 minutes, and drink it within 15 to 30 minutes. Of course you may get a bit of a brain freeze if you added a lot of ice!
How to make the Banana Pineapple milkshake:
- Peel 5 bananas, break them up into chunks and add to your blender.
- Measure out 3 cups of freshly cut pineapple and add to blender
- Add 3 or 4 large Medjool Dates to the blender
- I add 14 ice cubes
- I add about 1 cup of water.
Then blend all ingredients on high for 45 seconds or so. Bam, you’ve got yourself a deliciously smooth banana pineapple milkshake. The dates really add some nice sweetness to it, though you could substitute the dates with a tablespoon of organic coconut sugar I guess.
