This 1100 calorie Raw Till 4 breakfast is sooo sweet and good, and so quick and easy to make.  Just add 15 dates, fresh mint leaves, coconut sugar and lots of water and ice in a blender.  Blend on high for 45 seconds or so and bam!  You’ve got yourself a pile of delicious carbs to start off your day.  Like every raw till 4 smoothie, it just doesn’t get any easier than this.  I live on these.
